“As I look back, I realize how invaluable my time spent at OIART was and still is.”

Dufour has also assisted on projects by The Barenaked Ladies, Blackie and the Rodeo Kings, Three Days Grace, and legendary Canadian group, Rush. Now independent and working as a freelance recording and mix engineer in Toronto, Dufour had also worked with iconic Canadian metal band Protest The Hero on their latest release “Volition” which won the award for best metal/hard music album of the year at the 2014 JUNO Awards. “As I look back, I realize how invaluable my time spent at OIART was and still is — It gave me the foundational tools that I needed to build upon my skills and develop into my career as a recording engineer/mixer. I would highly recommend OIART to anyone seriously thinking about pursuing professional audio as a career.”
