Our diverse group of full-time lecturers are both audio professionals and accomplished teachers. Because they are employed exclusively by OIART, our full-time and senior lecturers are highly accessible to their students for help, guidance and mentoring.

Fresh and current industry perspective

In addition to our full-time faculty, OIART attracts distinguished adjunct faculty and guest lecturers from leadership positions in the audio engineering industry and related fields. With a dynamic roster of adjunct faculty, students always benefit from their practical insights and experience with specific tools and techniques from a wide scope of careers and industry applications.

Our unique mix of full and part-time faculty enables us to offer an unprecedented student-to-teacher ratio of 5:1, 4:1 in lab settings and 1:1 in tutorials.
