Recording Technology
Technology is the bedrock of the audio industry, so naturally it anchors OIART's program as well. Hands-on training is the only way to truly learn how to use audio equipment, which is why every piece of gear in our six studios is for touching, not looking.
All Recording Technology classes are held in our specially designed lecture studios, where every lesson and demonstration is immediately followed by a specific, practical lab session.
How practical? By mid-May you’ll already be developing your own projects so you can build a portfolio that clearly reflects your chosen career path. From analog and digital recorders, to advanced signal processing, within 11 months you’ll be able to confidently work in any professional-grade recording situation.
