Jenn Lewis

At video game publisher Electronic Arts Canada, Jenn held the position of Sound Artist, creating sounds and speech for the Need for Speed games. At times Jenn could be found miking up exotic performance cars which were strapped to a device that works a little like a treadmill for cars. Imagine going 180 miles per hour standing still! To recreate the high speed driving experience, the sounds are tweaked to integrate seamlessly with one another to accurately representing the roar of acceleration thru to the purr of an idle. While at EA, Jenn became Audio Director for the James Bond series, finally returning to racing with the recently released title 'NFS : Most Wanted'.

Jenn has been recently hired by Relic Entertainment as their Director of Sound. The company's game catalog includes the 'Homeworld' series, 'Impossible Creatures', 'Warhammer 40,000', Relic's first platform title 'The Outfit' for Xbox 360, and 'Company of Heroes'. Jenn is responsible for all aspects of the audio in Relic's games and is very excited about her responsibilities in growing a sound department in such a vibrant environment.
